Removed from the agreed scope: no new storage adapters will be implemented in this server-client stack. Existing Completions persistence remains available through
client.completions.conversations.appendMessagesand the original standalone helper.This PR is closed; its branch and worktree are retained for reference. The active stack is #1301 (unified client) → #1231 (Autofix adapters) → #1302 (tool executor).
