O22 counterfactual verdict, R1 pin, ledger correction (CE64 as one wire contract) - #1560
Conversation
Reaction::verdict and Measured::counterfactual_verdict map one cut step: LoadBearing -> Necessary, Inert -> Dispensable, TruthOnly -> NotRun (O23 stays open, never remapped), no cut -> NotRun. The first end-to-end RevisionVerdict::is_acceptable() over a real replay: only the load-bearing cut accepts. Scope: one cut judges one step; a multi-step claim still needs the claim <-> step map. The Rubicon DAG already enforces it: CognitiveWork's only successor is Evaluation, so revise() and every revision verdict route to None there, while Evaluation -> Plan -> Planning reopens the goal. The test makes the invariant fail loudly if a Plan exit is ever added to CognitiveWork. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01EFw2WdKr1oxvaKCJC2ua2R
…#1504 Operator rulings 2026-10-15: CE64 header bits mean the same everywhere (K1 per-class readings withdrawn); 40..42 = Pearl method, 50..52 = the plasticity ladder (the Maslov pyramid), 59..63 = licence; O25 is a defect with a known fix over temporal.rs coordinates; N15 wires Pearl, Wang NAL S-P and the other families as views on the one wire. Records O22 and R1 as done, O20 and N10 as closed on main, O26 as dead code behind a non-compiling wip feature. Adds the 11 missing arc entries from the merged PR bodies, STATUS rows for D-RESIDUE-FP-0 / D-MATURATION3-0/-1, and moves D-HL-0 / D-NALP-0 to Shipped (#1496). 40..42 is the Pearl ladder as CausalMask (ablation = the counterfactual cut); 53..58 is already the witness handle in code. Records the tension between the doc's per-tenant readings and the global-wire ruling. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01EFw2WdKr1oxvaKCJC2ua2R

Codex P1 on #1560: EdgeRole::is_load_bearing tests only factual != counterfactual, so a cut that turns an inconsistent chain consistent was LoadBearing and mapped to Necessary, which accepts the revision. Reaction::verdict now takes the uncut chain's verdict, and Measured records it from EdgeRole::factual. Only a consistent chain that breaks without the step is Necessary. Two code changes, each with tests, and a board/research correction.

2. R1 pinned (
kanban.rs)Goal revision is refused inside
CognitiveWork. The Rubicon DAG already enforces this:Evaluation → Plan → Planningreopens the goal, while revision insideCognitiveWorkroutes nowhere. The new test makes a future break fail loudly.3. Ledger correction (operator rulings 2026-10-15)
