Eight isolated source packages enter the default tree; eleven competing revisions are retained only at their immutable original Git commits in main ancestry. No frozen package version, root attributes, workflow or selected result is replaced. Exact sources, contributor credit, archival mode and remaining scientific obligations are indexed in research/community-efficient2400-audit. Conditional κ = 0.001672765980186726. Ports #1030’s rank-seven helper-end mechanism to the seven-slot k8 word, with a new T16 owner map. Changes include the local construction, its recipe and independent controls, native locals and packing.
