WIP. The claim is pending the full package and is conditional on two new lemmas. No κ is claimed.

Result so far (hosted b on #442's complex word, exact moment engine)

word b (·10⁻³) gain
#442 complex 1.267453
shared-donor kernel, 79 pivots 1.310216 +3.37%
entrance gauges, 80 helpers 1.310916 +3.43%
both (all residuals hosted, stock 7,680) 1.333854 +5.24%

If the complex side were the only constraint these give κ caps of 1.3085 / 1.3092 / 1.3321·10⁻³ against 1.2658·10⁻³
for #442's complex word, which is what binds the current frontier (#447, #445).

What passes

Exact arbitrary-dirt and inverse-transpose replay, the emitted program in both orientations on 800 columns, and the exact
Gaussian phase recipes of every used frame transition, for all three words (sh check.sh DIR).

What does not (read this first)

…d entrance gauges

WIP snapshot on PR CrocSwap#442's complex word. Conditional on two new lemmas
(entrance adapter, gauge compensation); local exact checks pass via
check.sh. Prepared by DreamingOfClouds with Claude Opus 5.5 (Anthropic),
