Add an independent TypeScript Spin API and repository viewer with branches, directories, file previews and commit history. Git repositories are created on their first successful push; the viewer reads their authenticated WAL state without adding another durable authority.
Includes push progress, bounded read caching and the local startup command. Native Git client tests, viewer checks, WASIp2 checks and the full workspace gate pass.
