    Proposed work class: work-class: read-only
Basis: automated intake triage; the lanes App applied this class.

    Size: Small
    Complexity: Low
    Uncertainty: Knowable
    Flags: none
    Blocked by: #12451, #12452, #12453

Understood: this is part 4 of 4 of #12446. It asks for red ci-status runs caused by merge holds to be re-sampled and reported on this issue, after the convergence work in the earlier parts lands. That is why it lists parts 1–3 (#12451, #12452, #12453) as blockers. The re-sampling may need observation over time, which an unattended run may not be able to do. Admission can route that part. The sibling issues are other parts of the same split, not duplicates.

Automated triage, applied by the lanes App.

Folded into #12446 and closed as carried: a sub-issue exists only when it ships as its own PR, and this re-sample is #12446's post-merge check, which ships no PR. Its criterion is #12446's done-when line 5, word for word. Written by the issue-triage session.
