feat(status-pages): one-screen builder, live screen and the page as its own editor - #1950
Customer status pages, 9: one-screen builder, a "live" screen, and the page as its own editor
The old flow had several problems: a two-field create dialog, then an empty tabbed editor, then one dialog per component, and no view of the page while you built it. This PR replaces all of it with the design approved in review.
Where it lives: "Status pages" now has its own sidebar entry under Monitor (/status-pages, /status-pages/new, /status-pages/<id>). The Alerts hub tab is gone, and the old URLs redirect.
Builder (/status-pages/new), one screen
Page: name, and an address that follows the name until you edit it.
What's on it: your uptime monitors as a checklist.
With 8 or fewer monitors, all are pre-checked except heartbeats.
You can rename, group and reorder rows inline.
"Monitor a URL" creates an HTTP monitor and its component in one step; with no monitors, this is the first thing shown.
Components without a monitor can be added too.
Look: presets plus Auto, Light or Dark.
Live preview: the real renderer, with your monitors' real uptime history from the new POST /v2/status_pages/preview, debounced.
Publish page creates the page and every component in one transaction and publishes it. Save as draft keeps it private.
Drafts are real now: a new draft column, and the publisher never writes a draft. POST …/publish clears the flag. Existing create callers, MCP included, are unchanged.
Live screen:
shows the public address with Copy and Open;
next steps are a break-glass token and "Connect an agent" (the JSON view and API docs);
with no status domain configured (prd today), it says so instead of showing a dead link.
Editor: the page is the editor
Header: state, public address, Post incident, and a menu with View public page, Settings, JSON, Break-glass and Delete.
Live preview: click a component or incident to edit it in a side panel that saves as you go.
The preview iframe is sandbox="allow-scripts" without same-origin.
Selection arrives over postMessage, and the parent validates it.
Preview-only data-* ids never appear on the public page.
"On this page" list: mirrors the preview's selection, for keyboard and screen reader users.
Incident composer: opens in the side panel, and selected components highlight in the preview.
Previews link correctly:pr-<n> stages give the status Worker status-pr-<n>.maple.dev, and web reads the URL from the stack. Prd gets no hostname until the status domain exists.

Backend status pages (drafts, create with components, preview endpoint)
Status pages move from the Alerts hub to top-level routes. The changes add draft-aware creation and publishing, read-only previews based on uptime data, a new builder and panel-based editor, and status-domain URL wiring.

Summary
Draft data and publication lifecycle packages/domain/src/http/v2/status-pages.ts, packages/db/drizzle/*, packages/db/src/tables/status-pages.ts, packages/domain/src/http/status-pages.ts, packages/backend/src/services/status-pages/*
Page records and creation parameters include draft state and optional components. Creation validates component data and monitor ownership, then stores components with the page. makePublic clears draft state. The publisher skips draft pages, including during sweeps.
Preview snapshots and API flow apps/api/src/routes/v2/status-pages.http.ts, apps/api/src/routes/v2/status-pages.http.test.ts, apps/api/src/runtime/service-graph.ts, apps/api/src/routes/v2/v2-test-support.ts, packages/backend/src/services/status-pages/StatusPageSnapshotBuilder.ts, packages/domain/src/http/v2/*, packages/status-page/src/*, docs/api-v2.md
The preview endpoint builds a snapshot from unsaved page settings and organization-scoped uptime data without creating a page. The API supports component-aware creation and immediate publication. Tests and documentation cover preview, draft, and publish behavior.

Summary
Builder, list, and shared page controls apps/web/src/page/status-pages/builder/*, apps/web/src/page/status-pages/list/*, apps/web/src/page/status-pages/shared/*
The new builder supports component selection, manual components, monitor creation, appearance controls, previews, and draft or publish submission. The list shows draft state and links to the builder. Shared picker and preview modules support these pages.
Status-page editor and live view apps/web/src/page/status-pages/editor/*, apps/web/src/page/alerts/status-pages/editor/*
The editor uses a page canvas with side panels for components and incidents, and supports component saves, additions, and preview selection. Settings and JSON views remain, and a live view shows publication state and public-page actions. Legacy alert-route editor modules are removed.
Top-level routes and navigation apps/web/src/route/*, apps/web/src/page/alerts/hub/*, apps/web/src/page/registry.ts, apps/web/src/shell/nav.ts, apps/web/src/view.lazy.test.ts, apps/web/src/page/alerts/status-pages/list/*
The status-page list, builder, and editor use top-level routes. Legacy status-page routes redirect to the new routes, and status-page list integration is removed from the Alerts hub.
The stack exposes a status URL, including a status hostname for US PR previews. Dev and web configuration supply the status base URL, and the status Worker receives the configured domain.
Draft state in status-page tools apps/ai/src/mcp/tools/status-pages.ts, packages/domain/src/mcp-outputs/status-pages.ts
Status-page tool rows include the draft flag. List and detail output label draft pages as not public and suppress pending-publication status for drafts.

Update the auto-incidents hint. The Incidents tab no longer exists.
This change removes the Incidents tab. Draft incidents now appear in the "On this page" list and open in the side panel. The hint "A draft waits for you on the Incidents tab" now points users to a section that is gone.
✏️ Proposed fix
- hint: "A draft waits for you on the Incidents tab; a published one shows on the page at once.",+ hint: "A draft waits for you under Incidents on the page; a published one shows on the page at once.",

…n one step, and a read-only preview endpoint
POST /v2/status_pages takes the page's components and a publish flag and writes them in one
transaction; publish: false keeps the page a draft the publisher never writes until it is
published. POST /v2/status_pages/preview builds the snapshot a draft config would publish from
the org's real monitor history, writing nothing.
…, and preview components take real history
With the preview flag, components and incidents carry data-component-id and data-incident-id
so the dashboard can select them; the public render is unchanged. previewSnapshot takes each

the status Worker's base URL (MAPLE_STATUS_PAGE_BASE_URL), a /s/<slug> path until it is set.

Name and address, a checklist of the org's monitors (renamed, grouped and ordered in place),
components updated by hand, a pasted URL that becomes an HTTP monitor, and the look, beside the

A pr stage serves status pages at status-pr-<n>.maple.dev; urls.status resolves like the other

The live screen and the editor header show the full public address with Copy and Open when the
status Worker has a domain, and a note in its place when it does not.
- An unnamed component never reaches a request: the preview and create leave it out, and the
row says Name this component while Publish waits. It crashed the app on encode before.
- A row added by hand takes focus as it mounts, and keys pressed before that land in it.
- The remove confirm names a monitor only when there is one, with live and draft wording.
- Uptime bars show the stored setting, disabled with a hint, when there is no monitor.
- The URL field keeps a usable width, its plan or URL error clears when components change,
and the preview clears the publish bar.
- Escape closes the side panel from inside its inputs too, unless a popup owns it.
