API v2 (public ids: stp page, stc component, sti incident, stu update)
/v2/status_pages: CRUD, POST …/publish, POST …/rotate_break_glass (returns the raw token once), and DELETE …/break_glass.
/v2/status_pages/{id}/components: CRUD and POST …/reorder.
/v2/status_page_incidents: CRUD (filter by page and state) and POST …/{id}/updates.
Audit actions for every write.
Page settings, components, publish and break-glass require an org admin, as uptime monitors do. Incident writes need write scope, so responders can post.
MCP tools
list_status_pages and get_status_page. The second returns components, the overall status, open incidents and freshness.
create_status_page_incident, post_status_page_update, resolve_status_page_incident and schedule_status_page_maintenance.
Incidents and maintenance created by an agent start as drafts unless publish=true. The write tools are marked open-world and not idempotent.
Wiring: the api Worker binds the snapshot KV and R2 so publish writes immediately and a page delete clears the edge at once. The cron sweep covers both anyway.
Tests
apps/api:
vitest run src/routes/v2/status-pages.http.test.ts, 8 passed: CRUD, slug conflicts, break-glass, components, the incident flow from draft to resolved, maintenance windows, member write refusal, and cross-org 404s;
src/worker plus the bridge, 35 passed.
apps/ai: the status page tool tests and the registry contract pass.
packages/domain: the openapi, public-id, v2-contract and audit-actions tests pass.
Added API support for managing status pages, components, incidents, maintenance windows, and incident updates.
Added AI assistant tools to view status pages, create and update incidents, resolve incidents, and schedule maintenance. Changes remain unpublished unless explicitly published.
Added incident filtering by page and status, plus status-page freshness information.
Documentation
Updated API and assistant guides to describe status-page capabilities.
The pull request adds v2 HTTP and MCP interfaces for status pages, components, incidents, and maintenance. It wires the related runtime services and storage bindings, adds incident listing and probe-freshness operations, and includes API and MCP tests and documentation.

Adds v2 schemas and API groups for status pages, components, incidents, and incident updates. Adds public ID prefixes and audit labels, registers the API groups, and updates API references.
Adds organization-scoped incident listing with page and state filters, pagination, and newest-first ordering. Adds probe timestamp lookup with an optional organization filter, and uses it for publisher heartbeat timestamps.
Adds MCP output schemas and tools to list and view pages, create incidents, post updates, resolve incidents, and schedule maintenance. Mutations remain drafts unless publish is true. Registers the tools and adds runtime services, tests, and usage guidance.

Merge Risk: Low · previous review cb85f
Status-page changes made through MCP tools will not show up in resource-level audit filters, although the equivalent REST writes do. This affects auditability only, not data or availability. It is worth fixing but is not a merge blocker.

Explanation
The title "feat(status-pages): API v2 and MCP tools" matches the main change. The PR adds a v2 status-page HTTP API (pages, components, incidents, incident updates, publishing, break-glass tokens) and five MCP tools for status pages. The title names both main parts. It uses a conventional-commit prefix, which is clear and specific. It omits some details such as the KV/R2 snapshot bindings, but that is expected for a short title.

Adds v2 CRUD for status pages, components and incidents plus six MCP status-page tools; both are org-scoped, with admin gating on settings, break-glass and publish. Safe to merge. The open McpQueryError issues surfacing from registry.ts are untouched — the diff there only registers the new tools.
/v2/status_pages and /v2/status_page_incidents CRUD, admin-gated writes, audited
get_status_page returns components, incidents and per-org probe freshness
Agent incident and maintenance writes start as drafts unless publish=true
StatusPagePublisher.heartbeat delegates the probe query to StatusPageSnapshotBuilder.probesSeenAt
