feat(status-pages): tables, snapshot contract and daily uptime counters - #1927
Customer status pages, 1/5: tables, snapshot contract, daily uptime counters
The foundation for public status pages that stay up while Maple is down. A page is served from a self-contained snapshot in edge storage. This PR adds the Postgres side, the shared snapshot contract, and the bookkeeping that later PRs publish from.
What's here
Tables:
status_pages, its components and incidents, incident updates, and the incident-to-component links;
uptime_monitor_daily, which holds checks, failures and checks taken while down, per monitor per UTC day;
status_page_cleanups, which queues the edge data a deleted page or old slug leaves behind.
Outbox: every change a visitor can see bumps status_pages.revision in the same transaction. The publisher (PR 3) republishes pages where revision > published_revision. The bump points in this PR are:
a monitor status flip, from batched checks or a heartbeat ping;
pausing, resuming or deleting a monitor;
an overdue heartbeat being marked down.
Daily counters: written inside the same transaction as the existing uptime state update. Only the reports that UPDATE actually applied are counted, so a retried batch is never counted twice. The 90-day bars therefore read from Postgres, not the warehouse.
@maple/domain/status-page:
the snapshot schema;
component status derivation, bars and uptime %, and the freshness rule ("live checks are delayed");
break-glass overlay merging, the token hash, and the edge storage keys.
Org delete: removes the new tables, and queues the deleted org's pages for edge cleanup.
Freshness: a page with monitors is live only while both of these are under 5 minutes old:
the publisher heartbeat;
the newest scheduled probe result. This is global, so a stopped prober turns every monitored page "delayed" instead of leaving it green.
Tests
packages/domain, vitest run src/status-page.test.ts, 13 passed. Covers:
derivation, bars, freshness, and a quiet healthy page staying live;
break-glass merging: "no change" keeps impact, an off-kind status is ignored, imported entries are skipped, and a follow-up reaches the incident it opened.
packages/backend, vitest run src/services/uptime src/services/org, all passed. Includes:
a daily count and page bump on a status flip, with a retried batch not double counted;
a bump on pause, resume and delete.
AlertsService.uptime.test.ts: a missed heartbeat counts a down check and bumps the page.
packages/db, parity.test.ts, 5 passed.
Typecheck is clean for primitives, domain, db and backend.

Walkthrough
Adds shared status-page schemas and snapshot rules, database tables for pages and daily uptime counts, and backend flows that aggregate applied checks and update page revisions. Organization deletion queues status-page cleanup records.

Adds status-page and per-day uptime tables, their indexes and foreign keys, migrations and schema snapshots, and database table registry entries.
Page revisions and organization cleanup packages/backend/src/services/status-pages/outbox.ts, packages/backend/src/services/org/OrganizationService.ts
Adds helpers to increment page revisions and queue page, organization, or slug cleanup records. Organization purges queue page removals before deleting scoped rows.
Daily aggregation and monitor updates packages/backend/src/services/uptime/uptime-daily.ts, packages/backend/src/services/uptime/UptimeMonitorsService.ts, packages/backend/src/services/uptime/UptimeAlertSource.ts, packages/backend/src/services/uptime/*.test.ts, packages/backend/src/services/alerts/AlertsService.uptime.test.ts
Counts applied checks by UTC day and updates page revisions when monitor status changes. Monitor pause, resume, deletion, heartbeat, and overdue-heartbeat flows update the relevant page revisions and daily totals. Tests cover these updates and repeated reports.

This change adds the status-page tables, shared snapshot contract and daily uptime counters, and no actionable merge-blocking issue remains. Existing uptime behavior is preserved, and the counters and page revisions are written inside the same transactions as the state updates.

Status pages, components, incidents and their updates in Postgres, with a
revision outbox the publisher will drain. The snapshot schema and the pure
rules (component status, bars, freshness, break-glass overlay) live in
@maple/domain/status-page so the edge Worker can share them.
Uptime results now fold into per-day counters (uptime_monitor_daily) in the
same transaction as the state write, and a status flip bumps every page
showing that monitor.
